• Developing and implementing youth engagement through tasks and strategies on an ongoing basis
• Giving youth a direct voice: actively listening to what they have to say and using their expertise to formulate next steps and action plans
• Working with the IMPACT Youth Advisory Group to guide and direct youth focused activity and program initiatives.
