Working with the network and neighbourhood groups to mobilize communities to support under served youth by maximizing the use of existing resources, research, service co-ordination, fund raising and advocacy.
3-year vision that includes initiatives that build on:

- Action for impact
- Welcoming spaces
- Empowering youth
